Signals from Saipan

The plot revolves around Reginald Nelson's innovative method to destabilize C-4 explosives, leading him and Ash to Saipan for testing on a Cold War radar platform. Their efforts result in the destruction of terrorist weapon stockpiles in the Middle East and the US. Meanwhile, I.N.C.I.S.O.R. teams combat Mexican gangs and kidnappers in Italy, ultimately joining forces with Reggie and Ash to defend against a Russian-backed terrorist attack on the island.
