This is a biographical account of the life and times of a physician and Episcopal Priest who was born in Spain in 1961 and who died suddenly in June 2006. The account of his life is an open hymn of praise from his father who loved him. The word Saeta, or arrow of praise, describes the tone and tenor of this story. Saeta is connected to the time of the birth of Ralph Lawrence DePalma, which took place just as Holy Week, Semana Santa, began in Sevilla.
