This book is about a woman's life who has experienced most everything but death and child birth. She survived an abusive marriage, several abusive relationships, mental abuse as a child in her home, and being mentally and physically worn down by show business, which constantly challenged her self-esteem. It will tell you how she overcame disaster (several severe car accidents, being mugged on the street, and a 1976 sailboat trip through the middle of the Bermuda Triangle), what she learned from her experiences, and how she has put into practice the knowledge gained from those lessons; the biggest of which is having a sense of humor through it all.
