This is the last of five volumes in the Complete Works of Mily Balakirev for piano. The works are arranged in chronological order. This volume contains compositions by Balakirev written in 1905-1909. This Urtext edition is based on the autograph manuscript and/or first edition (s) of the works, with editorial additions reduced to a minimum and designated by square brackets. Seven advanced-level pieces are included, along with editorial notes and biography of the composer.
