Mr. Noisy has a secret tool for a finicky-flamingo panpipe, a two-tone bamboo buffalo bagpipe, even an all-aluminum alligator whistle! But while Mr. Noisy is noisily snapping pictures, Mr. Bump is getting bumped (or eaten!) with every shot!
