Francesca has one big dream: to be an actress, but after hundreds of auditions she only receives small parts as a "glorious housewife" in ridiculous commercials. When her boyfriend leaves her for no reason, her whole world seems to shatter. Then a call changes her life: Caroline Manson, the movie star, wants as an assistant. She moves to Hollywood and thinks that all her troubles are over : the salary is high, the contacts are exciting, and even a charming suitor can appear...
