This is the fifth annual of the most outstanding contemporary illustration for magazines, newspapers, books, advertisements, posters, packaging, film animation, and unpublished work from the United States and Canada. 'American Illustration' has always striven in the pursuit of excellence. The many talents of the different cultures that exist in North America today are reflected in its pages and it provides an intriguing portrait of our times. The annual includes an index, with addresses of the contributing artists, and a listing of the art directors, advertising agencies, publishing houses, and clients who commissioned the works.
