Reynold was born in Surinam in an Indian family and moved to Amsterdam in 1979. Fernando was born and raised in Brazil, lived for a few years in the US, and eventually relocated to Amsterdam in 2003. They both have worked for many years in different multinational organizations, and have become independent consultants, facilitators and coaches for more than ten years.
