Als die Sheffielder Neoklassik-Band IN THE NURSERY mir vorschlug, an einem Album mitzuarbeiten, das von meinen David Hunter-Romanen inspiriert ist, war ich sofort Feuer und Flamme. Da ich ebenfalls aus Sheffield komme, kannte ich ihre Arbeit schon vorher.Klive und Nigel Humberstone haben bereits für diverse Film- und Fernsehproduktionen wie etwa "Gran Torino" und "Game of Thrones" komponiert. Ihre Musik ist dramatisch, atmosphärisch und sehr bildhaft und so sollen auch meine Krimis sein.Wir wollen etwas völlig Neues machen: kein klassisches Audiobuch, sondern einen Soundtrack, der versucht, die Atmosphäre der David Hunter-Romane einzufangen.
