This manual represents the concrete result of the cooperation between UNDP's Regional Support Centre in Bratislava and NISPAcee. It was developed by a group of experts from the region and from OECD states and tested during two pilot training sessions. It provides an excellent basis for academic and training isntitutions in the region to start developing their own courses and integrate the creation of advisory skills in their curricula.
