Migy Blanco is een illustrator van kinderboeken. Zijn eerdere werk in de reclamewereld en als redactioneel illustrator heeft hem een uniek perspectief gegeven dat hij nu in de kinderliteratuur toepast. Zijn creaties worden gekenmerkt door een levendige visuele stijl die jonge lezers aanspreekt. Blanco woont momenteel in het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
