Fr. Alfred Delp, S.J., was a courageous German Jesuit priest who became a martyr at the hands of the Nazis in 1945. As the Rector of St. Georg Church in Munich, he was known for his dynamic preaching and vocal opposition to the Nazi regime, playing a significant role in the Resistance movement. Arrested in 1944 on charges of conspiracy against the government, he endured torture and was executed on February 2, 1945. During his imprisonment, Fr.
