Caroline Silver Boeken

    Silver, geboren als Guido Silvestri, is een Italiaanse stripauteur, vooral bekend geworden door het creëren van het personage Lupo Alberto. Hij begon zijn carrière in de studio van Franco Bonvicini, waar hij zijn vaardigheden perfectioneerde op bestaande personages. Een keerpunt kwam in 1974 met de publicatie van boerderijstrips in Corriere dei Ragazzi. Deze serie introduceerde de nu iconische blauwe wolf, Lupo Alberto, hopeloos verliefd op de kip Marta en voortdurend tegengewerkt door de waakhond Mosé. De boeiende personages en hun humoristische escapades oogstten snel brede waardering bij zowel redacteuren als het publiek.
