Předivo času je bez nadsázky nejpůvabnější sci-fi román o osudu a cestování v čase, jaký kdy byl napsán, autor v něm dokázal sloučit akční pasáže ve stylu „Zlatého věku" s překrásnými popisy přírody, jež v science fiction ještě nikdo nepřekonal.
