Der Ärger nimmt kein Ende für Shadow Lady. Statt in die Arme ihres Schwarms Bright Honda zu sinken, bekommt sie nun Stress mit der 'Dämonen-Polizei'. Die Dunkelmänner drohen der Heldin mit sofortiger Exekution, wenn es ihr nicht gelingt, einen scheinbar unmöglichen Auftrag zu erfüllen.

Der Winter neigt sich dem Ende zu, doch Ichitaka ist unsicher in seinen Gefühlen, besonders gegenüber Itsuki. In seiner Verzweiflung hilft ihr ihm, Klarheit zu gewinnen, und er erkennt, dass Iori eigentlich ganz süß ist.
