Concluding book in the Sevenwaters trilogy. Raised in an isolated cove in Kerry, the young sorceress Fainne has been sent to live at Sevenwaters to prevent the Fair Folk winning back the Islands. To do this she must deny the one she loves and the family for whom she cares. She must rid the world of the chosen one, the child of prophecy. Other titles in the trilogy are 'Daughter of the Forest' and 'Son of the Shadows'. Author who was born in New Zealand now lives near Perth. She has a degree in languages and music and has had a varied musical and writing career.
