Hidden Histories

Focusing on the oral histories of Black lesbian religious leaders in the U.S., the book highlights their authenticity, social justice commitment, and collaborative leadership as embodiments of womanist ethical leadership. It frames their storytelling as a resistance to systemic racism, sexism, and heterosexism, showcasing their intergenerational leadership styles and holistic concerns for humanity and the environment.
