As he navigates the harsh Arctic environment, he forms genuine friendships for the first time. However, the mysterious Crystal-X, a substance that grants superpowers, complicates their escape plans. With the warden's obsession with Crystal-X looming over them, Will and his friends must confront both external dangers and their own evolving abilities in their quest for freedom.
