Perception of Death

Erin Paterson runs her grandfather’s law firm in Glasgow, and is an uncompromisingly aggressive negotiator. But, to a great extent, her obsessive work ethic conceals a terrible vulnerability. For all her ability to control the working day, her personal life is in disrepair. When her sister’s old schoolfriend is brutally murdered, Erin’s life begins to unravel. And the past, held at bay for so long, comes slithering out of the darkness to expose a secret in the family that should have remained dead and buried.
