In an alternate-history Europe, Count Vlad Dracula is reincarnated as a katana-wielding young vampiress. She saves Clara, a creation of Victor Frankenstein, who is on the run from the Cerberus organization, intent on capturing and experimenting on "monsters" to build a hybrid army. Clara pleads for the vampiress's help to escape to a safe haven known as Monster Island. As they embark on their perilous journey, they must evade the relentless pursuit of Cerberus, facing dark forces that threaten their survival.
