This text aims to develop writing skills for elementary students. It uses techniques of editing and revising to build student's confidence to write and it incorporates a variety of text types and written styles - messages, invitations, postcards, persuasive writing, reports and descriptions. Thus the material is designed to develop students' ability to write effectively for different purposes. There are discussion and analysis activities in each unit which lead to follow up writing tasks.
