The main edition is required to read and understand the full story. From this point onwards, the content is not suitable for young readers. I do not write this lightly. Anyone reading these passages should be aware of what they are getting themselves into. This edition expands selected scenes from the original 12+ edition. The story itself remains the same, but individual moments have been extended and described with greater intensity. The aim of this companion volume is to make the characters’ inner worlds, perceptions and physical experiences more immediate. The expanded passages are divided into two areas: physical violence and physical intimacy. Both are part of this world, yet both can leave their mark. This edition is intended for mature readers who wish to experience Kyron’s path without these moments being softened or omitted.
