Baruch Kotler, ministro del commercio dello Stato d’Israele, è quasi un eroe nazionale, noto per la sua integrità e inflessibilità, con un passato da dissidente nell’Unione Sovietica di Brežnev che gli è costato tredici anni di gulag.
