A constitutional convention for Cyprus

The Cyprus’ problem is one of Europe’s most protracted conflicts in recent history. Thus far all proposed solutions have been of a top-down nature. This volume addresses the pros and cons of an innovative and bottom-up process - a constitutional convention - as a possible means for resolving the Cyprus' problem.
