Penny the Athlete

It is Health Awareness Month in Ralph's school. The new arrival in the pencil case, Baron de Couberpen, is whipping the pencils into shape for the inaugural Pencilympics. But even before the Pencilympic flame is lit, the competition takes a terrible turn when Cheetah the Cheater almost drowns during training for the rowing race. Penny has her suspicions of who is behind the sinister sabotage.
