William Queen, an agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, embarks on a perilous mission to capture Mark Stephens, a ruthless narcotics trafficker wreaking havoc in Los Angeles. A survivalist and recluse, Stephens evades capture in the wild, but Queen's unique outdoor skills, developed from childhood, give him an edge.
