Gerald Marshall (*1982) was sentenced to death by the State of Texas in 2004 in relation to capital murder. He is currently incarcerated in Polunsky Unit Livingston (Texas), where the United States' most notorious death row is housed. This is Gerald Marshall's story - an appeal for justice and the indestructible hope for freedom. He gives you an insight into his experiences growing up in foster care in an environment where drugs and violence were daily fare. He allows you to see behind the curtain of Texas death row and the justice system and explains how he ended up on death row for a murder he obviously did not commit.
