Role of the Joint Readiness Training Center in Training the Future Force

Focusing on the evolving training needs of the U.S. Army, this qualitative research project explores the Joint Readiness Training Center's (JRTC) role in preparing Future Force brigade combat teams. It identifies necessary modifications in operations group manning, battlespace requirements, and training exercises to ensure the JRTC remains a vital training resource. By analyzing current practices and proposing specific changes, the study aims to enhance the JRTC's effectiveness in addressing contemporary operational threats and adapting to the Army's transformation.
