Bocas del Toro

Facing a tumultuous past, Billy Starkey is thrust into a life of crime after refusing to testify against mobsters, leading to his imprisonment. Upon his release, he and his girlfriend Sherry attempt to escape their dangerous reality by relocating to Cedar Key, Florida. However, their new life is shattered when a determined Federal agent tracks them down. To secure his freedom, Billy must infiltrate a drug smuggling operation that cleverly conceals its illegal cargo within clam boxes, with the Caribbean island of Bocas del Toro as his potential escape route.
