Thermal stability of 1C PUR adhesives

The study focuses on the relationship between the structure and properties of one-component moisture-curing polyurethane adhesives, particularly under thermal load. By systematically varying the chemical composition of PUR prepolymers and incorporating various organic and inorganic fillers, the research examines their effects on adhesive performance. A range of analytical methods, including tensile shear tests and spectroscopic analyses, were employed to assess the properties of films and bonded wood joints. The findings demonstrate that optimized combinations of materials can achieve reliable bonding.
