Set against the backdrop of a troubled small town, the story follows Broke, an eighteen-year-old who returns from prison to confront the skinheads and Ku Klux Klan terrorizing his community. Joined by his former prison mate Cream and their mentor Brick, they seek vengeance against the drug dealer who framed him and the corrupt police.
