The Paris Girl

Set in 1920s Paris, the story follows Tatiana Vytenis, a former Russian princess who has reinvented herself as a successful model. Engaged to the charming but sometimes domineering aristocrat Gérard de Sainte-Vierge, she wears an heirloom ruby that symbolizes her newfound status. Despite her rise from poverty to the brink of becoming a marquise, Tatiana grapples with her past and the complexities of her present life, questioning whether wealth and social standing truly equate to happiness.
