Deborah Lewis, an Associate Professor of English, showcases her poetic talents in this collection, building on her previous works, "The Luck of the Living" and "Saving Grace." A graduate of the prestigious MFA Writing Seminars at Bennington College, she brings her rich background to her writing. Currently residing in southwestern Wisconsin, she shares her life with her husband, two dogs, and a parrot, which may influence her poetic perspective.
