Focusing on the legacy of a national hero, the book aims to provide a clear and concise account of Nelson's life, suitable for young sailors. It seeks to serve as a manual that can be easily remembered and cherished, emphasizing that the most effective tribute to Nelson lies in a faithful recounting of his actions. The author intends to deliver a narrative that is both engaging and educational, ensuring that readers can grasp the essence of Nelson's contributions and character.

Antologie z díla anglických raných romantiků.
Kostru básnického výboru tvoří skladby Preludium W. Wordswortha a Christabel S. T. Coleridge; jejich působivé ladění podtrhuje další přírodní a intimní lyrika obou autorů. Platický obraz tvorby trojice vzájemně spřízněných romantiků dotváří poezie R. Southeye. Útlá avšak obsažná edice mimo jiné vypovídá o trpkých osudech překladatele V. Renče – vychází čtyřicet let potom, co byl rukopis odevzdán do někdejšího československého nakladatelství Odeon.
