The research focuses on organizational factors that attract older employees to return to work, specifically examining pay, work flexibility, and diversity policies. While previous studies highlighted pay and flexibility, the role of diversity policies was less explored. Using an experimental design with varying levels of these factors, the study found that overall interest in returning to work among white-collar retirees is modest. Notably, flexibility was identified as a significant influence, and an interaction effect between diversity policy and pay was observed.
