On si ale v neznámém velkoměstě najde kamaráda – a pak už se pronásledování stane záležitostí celé klukovské party, kde každý má svůj úkol. V knize Emil a tři dvojčata se znovu setkáme s Emilovými kamarády, kteří si o prázdninách vyjedou do přímořských lázní.
