Four hundred years after World War 3, during which certain organisations develop ambiguous powers, a new government named Sanctum becomes victorious and rules the world. In a future where the order is peace and there are no crimes, Jack encounters a strange murder which the Sanctum seems to be hiding. Even stranger, he is kidnapped by an organisation believed to no longer exist. Here, he must work with a group of teenagers, as an unnamed perpetrator sets in motion a series of events threatening not only war, but the existence of humanity.
