David Rouch is een vooraanstaande internationale advocaat op het gebied van financiële dienstverleningsregulering, die in 2004 partner werd bij Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Hij staat vooral bekend om zijn werk op het gebied van de cultuur van recht en financiën en heeft in dit domein gezamenlijke projecten met de London School of Economics geleid. Momenteel leidt hij een internationaal team dat een consortium, waaronder het VN-milieuprogramma, adviseert over de integratie van positieve sociale en ecologische duurzaamheidsimpact in het investeringsproces.
