Deb Lund is een kinderboekenschrijfster en creativiteitscoach, vooral bekend om haar populaire dinosauriër-serie. Na twintig jaar als muziek- en klaslerares en basisschoolbibliothecaresse, medeoprichtte ze een kleine kunstzinnige school. Lund ondersteunt actief schrijvers, leraren, kunstenaars en studenten via haar website, blogs, vervolgopleidingen en coaching. Haar werk wordt vaak geïnspireerd door het voortdurende wonder en de inspiratie die ze vindt in haar leven met haar muzikant-echtgenoot en drie kinderen.
