Focusing on cross-cultural trade, this study explores a network of diamond merchants from the early eighteenth century, highlighting the experiences of outsiders such as an English Catholic in Antwerp, Sephardic and Ashkenazi Jews in London and Amsterdam, and French Huguenots in Lisbon. The examination of these diverse traders reveals the complexities and dynamics of their interactions within the diamond industry during this period.
