The study explores the impact of recognition in the workplace, particularly within the medical and nursing staff at the University Hospital of Libreville. Through in-depth statistical analyses, the research demonstrates that both symbolic and instrumental forms of recognition significantly alleviate the mental workload of healthcare professionals, addressing ongoing issues of insufficient wages and poor working conditions.
