Focusing on teacher mobility in Uíge's public secondary schools, this study identifies key factors influencing educators' decisions to relocate. It analyzes personal characteristics, school environments, and working conditions, emphasizing salary as a significant economic factor. Findings indicate that the model incorporating these dimensions most effectively explains teacher mobility trends. The study advocates for further research using varied methodologies to uncover additional influences on mobility and recommends collaboration between government entities to address teacher dissatisfaction.

Die Untersuchung zur Lehrermobilität in den öffentlichen Sekundarschulen der Provinz Uíge analysiert, welche Faktoren Lehrer zu einem Standortwechsel bewegen. Dabei wird ein dreidimensionales Modell betrachtet, das persönliche Merkmale, Schulbedingungen und Arbeitsumfeld umfasst, wobei das Gehalt als wirtschaftlicher Aspekt berücksichtigt wird. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass das dritte Modell die Mobilität der Lehrer am besten erklärt. Die Studie empfiehlt weitere Forschung zur Identifikation zusätzlicher Einflussfaktoren und fordert eine Zusammenarbeit zwischen staatlichen Institutionen zur Reduzierung der Lehrerunzufriedenheit.

Este estudo analisa a mobilidade de professores em escolas secundárias públicas na província de Uíge, identificando variáveis que influenciam suas decisões de mudança. A pesquisa destaca que um modelo em três dimensões, incluindo características pessoais e condições de trabalho, explica melhor essa mobilidade. Sugere a necessidade de mais estudos e colaboração para reduzir a insatisfação dos docentes.
