Focusing on the success factors of micro and small enterprises in Welenciti Town, the study utilized data from 68 entrepreneurs through stratified and random sampling methods. Employing descriptive and linear regression models, it identified key variables such as age, gender, education, and capital. Findings revealed that market chain accessibility, financial resources, product quality, business planning, and effective record-keeping are crucial for enterprise success and growth. The study aimed to highlight conditions that foster success and analyze the relationship between these factors and business performance.
