Focusing on the foundational aspects of Colombian law, this work aims to prepare legal professionals by enhancing their understanding of law as a science. It critiques the influence of legal positivism and sociological positivism on Colombian jurisprudence, highlighting how these theories lead to contradictions in court rulings. This situation contributes to issues of injustice, legal insecurity, and immorality, emphasizing the need for a more coherent legal framework to uphold justice and improve the legal order in Colombia.
