A view between motivation and job satisfaction in public company employees

The research investigates the correlation between motivation and job satisfaction among workers at the Regional Health Directorate of Cajamarca. Utilizing the ML-ORG Questionnaire for motivation and the SL-ARG Job Satisfaction Scale, findings reveal that while 56% of employees exhibit average job motivation and 42% show low motivation, a significant 75% report high job satisfaction. The study confirms a direct and significant relationship between these two variables, as established through Pearson's correlation coefficient.
