Die Untersuchung analysiert die Beziehung zwischen Motivation und Arbeitszufriedenheit bei den Mitarbeitern der Regional Health Directorate Cajamarca. Durch den Einsatz des ML-ORG Fragebogens zur Arbeitsmotivation und der SL-ARG Job Satisfaction Scale zur Arbeitszufriedenheit zeigt die Studie, dass 56% der Befragten ein durchschnittliches Motivationsniveau aufweisen, während 42% eine niedrige Motivation haben.
