The influence of the quality assurance model
of quality in educational management in an educational institution in the city of Trujillo, 2019.

The research investigates the impact of a quality assurance model on educational management in a Trujillo institution, utilizing a pre-experimental design with a quantitative and descriptive approach. A sample of 26 out of 97 staff members, including teachers and administrative personnel, was surveyed. Results indicated a significant improvement in educational management levels, with high levels rising from 30.8% to 61.5% after implementing the model. The findings suggest a strong positive influence of the quality assurance model on the institution's management practices.
