    • The Brain Club is similar to a physical fitness or sports gym for the brain, in that we learn how to exercise and strengthen our brain "muscles" instead of our physical muscles. Using challenging exercises at easier-to-more-difficult levels over 16 sessions allows the brain strength and empowerment to gradually increase, at a healthy rate. Brain Club includes various types of engaging puzzles and games which target the main functions of our brain such as: attention, memory, and problem-solving. Utilizing "Brain Club" as a supplement to "treatment as usual" for folks with substance use disorders (SUD) has proven to be effective in improving brain functions as well as increasing the potential for positive treatment outcomes.
