Craziness breaks loose after Paul and Andy attend a meeting of Neighbor Bill's UFO club. Crickets and cicadas seem to change into drones and then attack bugs. A dangerous storm moves in and replaces what had been a clear, starry night, which drives the boys from their backyard campsite into the empty house. Later that night after being awakened by a huge clap of thunder, Paul comes face to face with the source of the creaking sounds and haunted shadows. "They are real!" he shouts.
