The book is the result of cooperation between the Aichi University in Toyohashi, Japan and the Institute of World Economics and International Management of Bremen University, Germany. Toshihiko Hozumi is professor of economics at the Aichi University, Japan. Karl Wohlmuth is professor of economics at the University of Bremen, Germany.
