If you know one Romance (or Germanic or Slavonic) language, you know them all. While this is not quite true, the EuroCom ‘Seven Sieves’ method makes it possible to advance a considerable distance along the road that leads to first receptive and then active competence. EuroCom makes use of knowledge that you already have, even if you are not aware of it: even a monoglot English speaker already has a great deal of knowledge that, when applied using this method, will make it easier to learn the Romance languages.
